Role: Delivery Lead – IT Recruitment

Scope of Role:

Ushta Te looking for a competent Delivery Leader -IT Recruitment to provide workforce solutions to our portfolio of clients which includes a global top 3 tech company and the world's largest social media Network. Based on your allocated portfolio you would be responsible for team and client management and building relationships for sustainable partnerships in a growth-oriented environment.

Client Management:

1. Understanding the client’s workforce objectives.
2. Responsible for meeting the overall financial targets on the account.
3. Work with support teams to ensure seamless functioning.
4. Grievance/escalation management.
5. Maintain regular contact with the POCs.
6. Attend calibration calls. Seek clarity on the roles. Provide market insights. Voice challenges and suggest alternate skill sets when required.
7. Attend Quarterly Business Meetings with the client. Ensure Ushta Te ratings are maintained.
8. Be the repository of all data related to the client, including dashboards, headcounts etc.

Team Management:

1. Responsible for ensuring the team has the suitable composition and capabilities to deliver. And exceed client expectations.
2. Ensure the process detailed by the client and our ISO requirements are being adhered to.
3. Ensure that the performance targets highlighted in the scorecard relating to all parameters are met.
4. Perform Second level screening regularly to ensure quality.
5. Setting KRAs for the teams and performance monitoring.
6. Being the gatekeeper for cultural fitment.
7. Training new team members and upskilling existing members.
8. Ensure processes for timesheet management, billing, etc., are followed.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high performance and achievement of recruitment goals.
2. Develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates for IT positions within the organization.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and priorities and provide strategic recruitment support to fulfill staffing requirements.
4. Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
5. Utilize various recruitment channels and techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and external partners to enhance the organization's employer brand and reputation in the market.
7. Track recruitment metrics and performance indicators, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize recruitment outcomes.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition, and incorporate innovative approaches into the recruitment process.
9. Handle escalated candidate and client issues effectively, resolving conflicts and ensuring timely resolution of concerns to maintain positive relationships.
10. Act as a liaison between the recruitment team and other departments within the organization, fostering collaboration and alignment on recruitment initiatives and objectives.

Requirements:

1. 10+ years of proven experience.
2. Strong business acumen, and demonstrated ability to establish credibility, trust, and partnership at all levels of the organization.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
