Job Title Sales ExecutiveReports to Sales ManagerLocation BTM LAYOUTJob Summary - We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team - The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities - Good communication convening skills sales marketing knowledge should have 4 wheeler driving with license manadatory Or candidates should have license with in 3 months from joining Key Responsibilities 1 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets 2 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty 3 Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling networking and lead generation 4 Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions 5 Prepare and deliver sales presentations proposals and pitches to clients 6 Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets 7 Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product development to stay up-to-date on new products and services 8 Provide feedback and insights to the sales team and management to continuously improve sales strategies Requirements 1 3 years of sales experience in a similar industry 2 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets 3 Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills 4 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 5 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities 6 Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field Nice to Have 1 Experience with CRM software e g Salesforce com 2 Knowledge of the industry and its trends 3 Certification in sales ref updazz com
