Job Description

Position: SDR Intern

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Duration: 3 Months (Internship)

Stipend: 10,000 per month (plus incentives)

Raksham is a workforce management platform helping security and facility management companies boost efficiency, track staff in real time, and simplify operations. Were growing fast and looking for driven individuals to help us expand our reach in the market.

Role Overview:

As an SDR Intern, youll be at the front lines of our sales process identifying potential customers, reaching out, and booking meetings for our sales team. Youll gain first-hand experience in B2B SaaS sales, market research, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify potential leads in target industries
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest
- Qualify leads and schedule product demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups in CRM tools
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team for targeted campaigns
- Share market feedback to help improve sales strategies

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
- Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach
- Basic understanding of B2B SaaS or sales process is a plus
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
