About the Role Exponent Energy is on a mission to simplify energy for electric vehicles through its energy stack As a Business Development Manager your core responsibility will be identifying engaging and onboarding a robust network of Small Fleet Operators SFOs to adopt our cutting-edge energy solutions Key Responsibilities Identify and build a pipeline of SFOs in strategic micro-markets across the region Educate fleet operators on the benefits of Exponents fast-charging ecosystem Drive adoption by managing end-to-end onboarding xe2x80x94 from pitch to deployment Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure successful rollouts Maintain strong ongoing relationships to drive retention and cross-sell opportunities Track market trends and competitor activity to refine outreach strategy Meet monthly acquisition and activation targets Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales or partnerships preferably in EVs logistics or mobility A strong network within the fleet operator ecosystem is a plus Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and target-driven mindset Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories What matters Quality of work Communication Negotiation skills Approach towards problem-solving Resilient attitude to bounce back after failing Graduation in any field Experience in Automotive 3W cargo or passenger is preferred About UsExponent simplifies energy for EVs Co-founded by Arun Vinayak Ather Energy s Founding Partner Former Chief Product Officer and Sanjay Byalal Former hardware strategic sourcing and cell strategy lead Ather and Former Supply Chain Lead HUL Exponent focuses on solving two sides of the energy problem by building the e pack charging station and e pump battery pack which together unlock 15-min rapid charging The 200 strong team of passionate builders have a ton of EV experience and are currently looking for more builders to join one of the best EV teams in India to build scale Exponent Please visit
