You’ll work directly with decision-makers, experiment with new sourcing strategies, and see how real business hiring decisions happen. If you’re a self-starter with curiosity, ownership, and a growth mindset — this role will feel like your personal startup MBA in talent building. 🚀 🧠What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) 1. Talent Research & Sourcing - Identify and source top talent for founder roles, business consultants, and analysts. - Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) for smarter, faster research. - Build and maintain structured candidate databases. 2. Communication & Outreach - Write personalized messages to candidates and consultants. - Coordinate with potential hires and manage communication flow professionally. 3. Smart Execution - Manage recruitment pipelines with speed, clarity, and accountability. - Deliver weekly reports on sourcing and progress. 4. Learning & Adaptability - Explore new recruitment tools and AI automations. - Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver with resilience. 💠What We Expect from You 1.
