You’ll work directly with decision-makers, experiment with new sourcing strategies, and see how real business hiring decisions happen. If you’re a self-starter with curiosity, ownership, and a growth mindset — this role will feel like your personal startup MBA in talent building. 🚀 🧠 What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) Talent Research & Sourcing Identify and source top talent for founder roles, business consultants, and analysts. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) for smarter, faster research. Build and maintain structured candidate databases. Communication & Outreach Write personalized messages to candidates and consultants. Coordinate with potential hires and manage communication flow professionally. Smart Execution Manage recruitment pipelines with speed, clarity, and accountability. Deliver weekly reports on sourcing and progress. Learning & Adaptability Explore new recruitment tools and AI automations.
