We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join Bheema Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and support our HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. It is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction processes.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist with drafting HR policies, letters, and performance evaluation formats.
  • Help plan employee engagement and training activities.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing/completed Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
