Role Description: FOUR POSITIONS: Full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role, based in MUMBAI, PUNE, GURUGRAM, HYDERABAD. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence. Key responsibilities include developing business strategies, negotiating partnerships, closing deals, and analyzing market trends to drive revenue growth. The role requires collaborating closely with internal teams to align business innovations with customer needs and fostering long-term client engagement. Qualifications - Strong business development, client relationship management, and negotiation skills - Excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of sales processes - Analytical skills to assess market opportunities - A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
