JOB DESCRIPTION FOR TELESALES EXECUTIVEPosition: Tele Sales ExecutiveDepartment: Sales & MarketingReports To: Sales ManagerJob Summary: The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth.Key responsibilities -:*Identify and approach potential customer to promote and sell products and services (GST Franchisee).*Doing Telecalls and Telesales*Prepare sales report and presentation for managementLocation - Dwarka sector 7, New Delhi Salary - Up to 20k + incentive ( up to 50k depends on performance)Days Of Working- 6 Days Time- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PMAge – Above 20 and Below 30Male/Female bothQualification – 12th passKey Skills and Competencies 1. Communication Skills Clear, confident, and persuasive verbal communication. Active listening to understand customer needs and respond appropriately. Team Collaboration Coordinating with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
