Roles and Responsibilities: Handle outbound/inbound calls with clients/customers based in the USA. Generate leads, explain company products/services, and convert prospects into customers. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned by the management. Maintain records of interactions and sales activities in CRM/software. Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines while handling customer queries. Work closely with the team to share feedback and improve overall sales performance. Provide post-sales support when required. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling. Ability to work in night shifts (as per USA time zone). Positive attitude, target-oriented, and result-driven. Basic computer knowledge and ability to use MS Office/CRM tools. Qualifications: Minimum: Graduate in any discipline (preferred). Experience: 6 months – 3 years in international sales/voice process (preferred).
