**Job Description - Tele Sales Counsellor**

**Location**: Dwarka, Sector 7, New Delhi (Work from Office)

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Graduate in any field
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in tele sales

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound & Outbound Calls**: Call potential students/clients to explain courses and services.
- **Lead Conversion**: Follow up with interested prospects and convert inquiries into admissions.
- **Customer Guidance**: Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and benefits.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet daily and monthly enrollment targets.
- **Data Management**: Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- **Customer Relationship**: Build rapport with students and assist them in decision-making.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather client feedback to improve service quality.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication & persuasion skills
- Confidence in handling tele sales calls
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
