Dear Candidate Greetings from Synergy Resource Solution a leading HR Consultancy firm Career Guide for Professionals like you We are hiring for one of our leading clients Our client is a leading India s e-commerce company which is located at Ahmedabad and they are hiring for the below position Position Senior Recruiter Experience 5-8 years Working Hours - 10 30am -7 30 pm Working days - 6 days Reporting CEO Job Overview Our client is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Recruiter to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process The ideal candidate must have strong experience in sourcing headhunting screening coordinating interviews and closing positions efficiently This role demands strategic thinking stakeholder management and a proactive approach to talent acquisition Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates Work closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and candidate profiles Use various sourcing strategies including job portals social media LinkedIn internal databases and headhunting to identify top talent Conduct detailed screenings and shortlist candidates based on technical cultural and behavioral fit Coordinate and schedule interviews collect feedback and ensure timely communication with candidates Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Keep track of recruitment metrics and regularly update hiring status reports Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Negotiate offers and manage the final selection and onboarding processes Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field 5-8 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment including headhunting Strong knowledge of sourcing tools ATS systems and recruitment analytics Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines Experience in recruiting across multiple industries or verticals is a plus If interested please share your resume with details of your present salary expectation notice period
