
Team Lead – Presales

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead our Pre-Sales and Loyalty function. This leadership role is critical in nurturing high-net-worth customer relationships, optimizing lead conversions, and creating a differentiated loyalty experience that enhances brand value and customer lifetime engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales:
- Lead and manage the pre-sales team to ensure timely response to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
- Develop and implement lead qualification frameworks to identify high-intent buyers and allocate to appropriate sales verticals.
- Work closely with digital and offline marketing teams to drive conversion-focused campaigns.
- Monitor key KPIs: lead-to-site visit ratio, site visit-to-booking ratio, and overall pre-sales efficiency.
- Reporting: Publishing daily, weekly, monthly reports to the relevant stake holders. Efficiently use salesforce CRM to track and optimize team performance.
- Collaborate with the CRM and tech teams to automate and enhance the lead nurturing journey.
- Ensure brand-aligned communication and high-quality customer interactions at every touchpoint.
- Training pre-sales team includes both project training & soft skills. Solve customer queries.
Loyalty & Relationship Management:
- Execute loyalty strategy tailored for HNI and UHNI clientele in the luxury real estate segment.
- Execute personalized engagement programs, exclusive events, and appreciation initiatives to enhance post-sale relationships along with marketing team.
- Work closely with CRM and marketing to track customer satisfaction, referral trends, and lifetime value metrics.
- Create and manage referral and repeat purchase programs.
- Build alliances with premium lifestyle, hospitality, and service brands for co-branded loyalty offerings.
- Create an annual calendar for loyalty events, take approvals and execute with help of sales & marketing team.
- Make sure personalized festive greetings, birthday wishes are going to Loyalty customers
- Manage customer, employee & vendor loyalty programmes.
Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2.55 years of experience in pre-sales, CRM, loyalty or relationship management roles. 1 year preferably in luxury real estate, premium hospitality, or high-end consumer services.
- Strong understanding of HNI customer behavior and preferences.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and customer engagement tools.
- Proven ability to lead high-performance teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
