About the role
I will be accountable to support the business in making informed decisions by producing tools and data which will enable the online teams with operational activities related to range, availability, and content on the Tesco website. Overseeing processes to guarantee the output is checked and accurate. Building capability within the team to meet evolving business requirements by learning and training new tools and technology
You will be responsible for

-Represent Talent Acquisition in all forums/ seminars pertaining to process, compliance and audit-Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management-Understands business needs and in depth understanding of Tesco Online processes- Driving and implementing CI Projects and innovation for their team, bearing first-line supervisory responsibilities, including process coaching, on-the-job training, and efficient coordination and communication to ensure team success.- Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge internally and in the market by learning new technology and training the team-Ensuring appropriate work allocation across team members, optimizing team utilization, contributing to enhanced process documentation, and actively engaging with stakeholders at every level.- Extracting information from the website using web scraping methodology to ensure the products are listed without any anomalies- Setting Quality check in place for validating the output to ensure consistency and highlighting any potential issues- Identify opportunities and drive value creation projects in collaboration with the different online squads-Performing adhoc research and analysis to diagnose recent performance and operational issues that gets presented to UK Online Leadership team-Balancing and prioritising work across short-term projects and long-term initiatives-Staying up-to-date on relevant industry regulations, competitor news and share best practices- Collaborating with teams across the wider business, including Tesco Technology, Online Business Teams and Marketplace teams, to identify current/potential opportunities and develop the right solutions for our customers and our business-Ensure RCA documents are built and maintained for past errors and pro-active thinking to mitigate future errors-Responsible for completing tasks and projetcs within agreed KPI&aposs- Solves problems by suggesting solution alternatives- Resilient towards managing multiple stakeholders
You will need
2-3 years of working experience in the field of Online / E-commerce OperationsFunctional experience (Preferred)
Team and Project Management - Skilled-Coaching and Mentoring - Basic-SQL, VBA, Hive, Python Tableu and Alteryx- Preferred-problem-solving-Strong written and verbal communication
