Job Title: Online Operations Lead

This role involves supporting business decision-making by producing tools and data that enable online teams to perform operational activities related to product availability, content, and quality on the e-commerce platform.

The ideal candidate will oversee processes to ensure accuracy and precision, while driving innovation and continuous improvement projects within the team with first-line supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent talent acquisition in forums related to process, compliance, and audit.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as required by management.
  • Understand business needs and have an in-depth understanding of e-commerce operations.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations or a related field.
  • Functional experience in Team and Project Management, Coaching and Mentoring, SQL, VBA, Hive, Python, Tableau, and Alteryx.
  • Strong problem-solving and written and verbal communication skills.
