Key Responsibilities Product Listing Management - Create upload and manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms - Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions images and pricing - Regularly update product catalogs to reflect changes in inventory pricing and promotions Merchandising Strategy - Develop and execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales - Optimize product placement and categorization based on data-driven insights - Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent product promotion across digital channels Sales Analysis Reporting - Monitor and analyze sales performance conversion rates and customer behavior - Prepare and present regular reports on product performance and sales trends - Utilize data to make informed decisions on product positioning and pricing strategies Inventory Management - Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock levels - Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely product availability Customer Experience Enhancement - Optimize the user experience by ensuring a seamless product browsing and purchasing process - Implement strategies to improve product recommendations and cross-selling opportunities - Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement Collaboration Communication - Liaise with cross-functional teams including marketing supply chain and customer service - Work closely with the design and content teams to maintain a visually appealing online store - Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and brand guidelines Qualifications Skills - Proven experience of 4 years as an Online Merchandiser or in a similar role within the e-commerce industry - Strong understanding of online retail operations product merchandising and digital marketing - Proficient in using e-commerce platforms CMS and analytics tools - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Attention to detail and a creative mindset for enhancing product presentation - Location This position is based in Bangalore ref updazz com
