Job Title: Sales Manager IT & IoT Solutions
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will focus on driving growth in IT and IoT solutions, particularly within the context of Industry 4.0. This role is responsible for managing the entire sales process, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships to increase market share in the IT/IoT sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for IT, IoT, and ERP solutions. Drive business development initiatives and lead efforts to prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities.
Revenue Generation:
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, with a specific focus on IoT and IT solutions. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Provide tailored solutions based on clients needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership. Utilize analytics to optimize sales strategies and improve outcomes.
Market Knowledge:
Stay up to date on industry trends, technology advancements, and market dynamics related to IoT, ERP, and Industry 4.0 to effectively position products and solutions to potential clients.
Qualifications:
Sales Experience:
Minimum 4+ years in a sales role within the IT/IoT sectors, with a solid understanding of Industry 4.0, ERP, and automation technologies.
Strong Communication Skills:
Proven ability to present and sell complex solutions to potential clients effectively.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with IoT solutions, smart manufacturing, and ERP systems.
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Salary: As per industry standards (Fixed + Variable)
