Job Description Job Description Senior Manager of SW Front-End Development is responsible for leading a team to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications, with key duties including architecting solutions, mentoring junior developers, setting technical strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams like UX/UI designers and back-end developers. This role requires strong technical skills in front-end technologies such as Node.js, NestJS, React.js, Next.js,web sockets JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, alongside leadership, project management, and a focus on best practices like accessibility and code quality. Major Duties And Responsibilities - Team and project leadership: Lead and mentor a team of front-end and backend developers, oversee project planning, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects. Ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical initiatives. - Technical architecture and strategy: Design and architect complex web interfaces and applications, evaluate and adopt new technologies, and contribute to the long-term technology vision. Proven ability to design and implement scalable, robust, and maintainable front-end architectures. - Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps and ensure seamless integration. - Code quality and performance: Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, optimize applications for speed and scalability, and advocate for best practices like web accessibility. - Process improvement: Continuously improve development processes, contribute to the creation of coding standards, and ensure technical solutions meet business needs. - Technical proficiency: Deep experience with modern front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like React (often a requirement). - Project management: Experience with project planning, risk assessment, and monitoring progress to ensure deadlines are met. - Best practices: Strong understanding of web accessibility, SEO principles, and modern development practices like CI/CD, unit testing, and Git. Qualifications - Total 14+ years of experience in software development with 5 years of experience in team management with bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems, electronics engineering. - Total 5+ years SW development in Front end Development and technology. - Experience in using Node.js, Nests, React.js, Next.js, and web sockets for real-time data visualization - Strong knowledge of CSS, HTML, API integration, and web page performance optimization - Proven expertise in developing both backend and frontend JavaScript applications. - Experience in using major languages such as .Net, Java, Spring Boot, and other frameworks or libraries which will be used to support web-based application or API - Experience in SCADA systems, Industrial IoT, or analytic dashboards and big data visualization. - Experience with containerized platforms and MacOS, Docker, and Ubuntu environments - Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS EC2) and networking concepts. - Familiarity with CI/CD build pipelines. - Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to mentor junior software developers, as well as to collaborate with all stakeholders. - Extensive experience in developing, deploying, and integrating software solutions. - Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics. - Knowledge of best practices related to data encryption and cybersecurity. - Ability to keep up with software industry trends and innovation. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
