We are now looking for a dynamic, experienced, and target-driven Business Development Leader to spearhead our sales initiatives, expand our client base, and lead a high-performing business development team. Key Responsibilities - Business Development & Sales Strategy - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to generate new business for digital marketing, web development, and eCommerce solutions. - Identify and pursue potential clients across domestic and international markets, particularly focusing on high-value accounts. - Build strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders. - Drive end-to-end sales processes from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closure. - Create and implement account growth strategies to increase recurring revenue from existing clients. - Team Leadership & Performance Management - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business development executives and closers. - Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs. - Conduct regular reviews, training, and skill enhancement sessions for the team. - Foster a culture of accountability, enthusiasm, and ownership within the sales department. - Strategic Collaboration - Collaborate with project management, marketing, and product teams to align offerings with client needs. - Work closely with leadership to forecast revenue, analyze market trends, and identify new growth opportunities. - Provide valuable insights and feedback to the marketing team for campaign optimization and market positioning. - Client Relationship & Brand Representation - Represent Nethority in meetings, conferences, and client discussions to enhance visibility and brand reputation. - Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and performance reviews. Key Requirements - Experience: Minimum 815 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within a digital marketing, IT, or web development company. - Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing big-ticket clients (10L+ or equivalent international deals) and achieving sales targets consistently. - Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce, and web/app development services. - Leadership Skills: Prior experience in leading and motivating a sales team, setting up systems, and scaling operations. - Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Mindset: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. - Location: Must be open to working from Nashik and leading the on-site sales operations.
