Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: Shirdi India Project: 5 Star Hotel Project About Us We are a leading developer engaged in delivering premium hospitality, commercial, and mixed- use developments to international standards. With a strong pipeline of high-profile projects, we are seeking dynamic professionals to strengthen our Project Management Team. Role Overview The Project Coordinator will support the delivery of complex, high-value developments by ensuring effective planning, site execution, and stakeholder coordination. This role is critical in driving day-to-day project activities, monitoring quality, and ensuring timely delivery in line with design and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures. Oversee daily site activities and ensure seamless coordination across all disciplines. Maintain strong communication between architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors. Manage project documentation including reports, schedules, minutes, and issue logs. Coordinate project meetings with contractors and consultants, capturing and tracking action points. Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports. Track and monitor submissions/approvals for drawings, RFIs, materials, and procurement. Monitor execution for compliance with design, specifications, and quality standards. Track material deliveries; follow up with vendors to mitigate delays. Manage site logistics and storage long-lead and critical items. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. 3–5 years’ experience in hospitality or high-end commercial projects (preferred). Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, MS Office, and AutoCAD. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Ability to read and interpret architectural, MEP, and interior drawings.
