Job Description Business Development Manager - Staffing Services As a Business Development Manager - Staffing, you will work to drive the growth and success of our staffing services. This includes prospecting new clients, building strong relationships, understanding market trends, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Your role is crucial in expanding our market presence and increasing revenue. Responsibilities: - Identify and secure new business opportunities in the staffing industry. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships. - Create and implement strategic business development plans. - Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients staffing needs are met. - Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Manage sales pipeline and track progress towards financial targets Qualifications: - Bachelor's degreein Business, Marketing, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in business development or sales withinthe staffing industry. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Strong networking and relationship-building skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
