Job Title:Contract Hiring / Staffing LeadLocation:Noida Employment Type:Full-Time Experience:10+ YearsJob Summary: We are looking for adynamic and experienced professionalto join our team, overseeing ourContract Staffing division. This role requires strong leadership, deep expertise in high-volume hiring, and a proactive mindset to drive seamless delivery across client accounts. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring high-quality talent acquisition for contract roles.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-endcontract hiring strategy and executionacross various business verticals. Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters focused on contract staffing delivery. Ensureseamless deliveryand fulfillment forTier 1 and Tier 2 clients, maintaining SLAs and TATs. Partner closely with business, delivery, and HR teams to understand hiring forecasts and staffing plans. Drivehigh-volume hiringcampaigns across multiple technologies and roles. Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, internal database, etc.). Negotiate terms, compensation, and availability with contract professionals. Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and client-specific contract norms. Manage and coordinate with third-party vendors, sub-contractors, and recruitment partners. Stay abreast ofnew technologies and industry trendsto ensure modern and competitive hiring practices. Track recruitment metrics, analyze performance data, and generate regular reports for senior management.Ideal Candidate Should Possess: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and grow a high-performing team. Proven ability to ensureseamless deliveryforTier 1 and Tier 2 clients. High energy levels with alearning-oriented mindset. Demonstrated expertise inhigh-volume hiringwithin tight deadlines. Willingness toadapt to new technologiesand stay current withindustry trends. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of the contract staffing lifecycle and compliance requirements. Proficiency in using ATS platforms and other recruitment tools.Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in contract staffing. Experience in IT.
