MindFleet builds an AI-native OS for startups: 13 AI personas (CEO, CFO, CMO, etc.) as a virtual C-suite, delivering Fortune 500 capabilities at 1/10th cost. Current State (Dec 2025): - 60 live agents, 354 passing tests - 4 pods (CEO, CFO, CMO, CRO) in production - 8-layer agentic architecture partially built - 170 git commits in 4 days (5X velocity) - 35L+ bootstrapped - Zero paying customers (your market-proof opportunity) Mission: MVP to Series A product (700+ agents, 13 pods, 250+ customers, 1.5Cr+ ARR) in 12 months. First-mover window: 18-24 months. THE ROLE: TECHNICAL CO-FOUNDER (NOT HIRED CTO) Co-founder with board seat and full technical authority.
