Job Description Job Description: Co-Founder (Social Media & Brand Influence) Equity Based | DelhiNCR About Us We are a premium FMCG brand based in DelhiNCR, building high-quality food products including cold-pressed oils, honey, ghee, and specialty health staples. With a strong manufacturing backbone and a fast-growing distribution network, we are now looking to onboard a dynamic social media influencer as a Co-Founder to lead our digital presence and become the face of the brand. Role: Co-Founder Social Media, Content & Brand Influence Location: DelhiNCR Compensation:Equity Only (0.5% 5% based on value & contribution) Time Commitment: Part-time to Full-time (negotiable) What We're Looking For We're searching for a DelhiNCRbased creator who can: - Be the digital face of the brand - Build and scale Instagram, YouTube, and influencer-first marketing - Create engaging food, lifestyle, and health-centric content - Drive brand storytelling, virality, and community growth - Collaborate on product launches, campaigns, and brand strategy - Represent the brand at events, pop-ups, shoots, and partnerships Responsibilities - Build a high-quality content pipeline: reels, stories, static posts - Lead brand communication, tone, and identity - Shoot and appear in content regularly - Conceptualize & execute viral, trend-based campaigns - Manage outreach to other influencers, creators, and collaborators - Provide creative direction for packaging, campaigns, and product videos - Work closely with founders on growth roadmap - Support brand visibility through offline collaborations & events - Ensure consistent brand presence across digital platforms Requirements - influencer based in DelhiNCR (mandatory) - Experience in food, lifestyle, wellness, beauty, or home categories - Comfortable being the face of the brand - Strong camera presence & aesthetic sense - Ability to shoot high-quality content independently - Entrepreneurial mindset willing to grow with the brand - Open to an equity-based partnership (no fixed salary initially) What You Get - Co-founder level equity (0.5% 5%) based on capability - Freedom to build a personal + brand empire - Access to a premium FMCG product ecosystem - Creative control over brand content & identity - Revenue share opportunities as business scales - Full support in production, marketing budgets, and operations - An opportunity to build a household brand with national potential Ideal For Influencers Who - Want to build something bigger than paid collaborations - Want long-term growth, ownership, and recognition - Love food/health/lifestyle content - Want to lead a brand from the front, not just promote it How to Apply Send the following to [Confidential Information]: - Profile links (Instagram/YouTube) - Media kit - 35 recent brand posts - Why you want to join as a co-founder - Expected equity range
