This full-time, entry-level role is ideal for freshers with 0-1 years of work experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience with our studio management platform.| Qualifications And Skills - Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to provide timely and accurate customer support to diverse clients across different channels. - Active Listening (Mandatory skill): Consistently attentive to customer needs and details, ensuring thorough understanding and effective issue resolution. - Data Entry (Mandatory skill): High accuracy in inputting customer information and updating databases for seamless service processing. - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, enabling clear interaction with customers and internal teams. - Call Handling: Comfort and proficiency managing inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. - Conflict Resolution: Ability to mediate and resolve customer complaints or escalations efficiently and empathetically. - Ticketing Systems: Familiarity with using support ticketing platforms to log and track customer issues from initiation through resolution. - Order Processing: Experience or capability in managing and processing orders to assist clients with onboarding and service fulfillment. Roles And Responsibilities - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about Huemn's products and services. - Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and technical issues using effective listening and problem-solving skills to ensure high satisfaction. - Document all interactions and update customer information systematically in relevant databases and ticketing systems. - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved queries and follow up until successful closure. - Guide customers through processes such as order placement, payment collections, and onboarding with the Huemn platform. - Educate potential and existing clients about the features and benefits of our studio management tools to drive engagement. - Monitor customer feedback and share insights with product teams to contribute to ongoing service and platform enhancements. - Maintain professionalism and uphold Huemn's standards of customer care in every client interaction.
