If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service, skilled at managing inquiries, and capable of identifying customer needs to drive satisfaction and sales leads, we encourage you to apply Key Responsibilities - Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries, ensuring a professional and helpful interaction. - Generate sales leads that have the potential to develop into new customers. - Identify and assess customers needs to achieve high levels of satisfaction. - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the right methods and tools. - Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas. - Handle customer queries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits, and follow up to ensure complete resolution. - Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents accurately. - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently. - Go the extra mile to engage customers and enhance their experience. Skills & Qualifications - Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. - A track record of over-achieving quotas is highly desirable. - Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities. - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. - Customer orientation and the ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities and situations. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
