Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus. - Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role. - In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial analysis. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration. - Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
