We are passionate about helping others and consistently meeting our clients needs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in the Mohali district. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts, business planning, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include developing and implementing business strategies, analyzing client data, maintaining strong client relationships, and resolving any issues that arise to ensure client retention and satisfaction. Qualifications - Strong Account Management experience - Excellent Analytical Skills - Proficiency in Business Planning - Outstanding Customer Service abilities - Experience managing Key Accounts - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Minimum 3 years of Experience in B2B corporate and retail insurance
