Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing sales operations, developing strategic sales plans, recruiting & managing team of agents, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include, identifying business opportunities, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role also involves training and mentoring their agents to enhance their performance and achieve organizational goals. Qualifications - Life & Health Agency experience from any insurance/Broking - Strong understanding of insurance and financial products market - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans - Experience in mentoring and training sales teams - Capacity to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders - Any Bachelor's degree - Should have worked 1+ Yrs in current company
