Job Description

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support the organisation's growth objectives.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

- Lead the development of financial strategies to optimise performance and profitability.

- Manage cash flow, investments, and risk to safeguard the company's financial health.

- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to align financial goals with overall business strategy.

- Present financial reports and insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements across financial operations.

- Mentor and guide the finance team to achieve operational excellence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

- A professional qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field.

- Be part of a listed firm, will be great if they have worked in the IPO process

- Proven experience in financial leadership roles within the software industry.

- Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations, reporting, and compliance requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive strategic initiatives.

- Experience in managing financial risks and investment portfolios.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.

- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership teams.
