**Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**

**Location**: Plot No. 58, Sector 155, Noida, UP
**Compensation**: Up to ₹1,00,000/month
**Industry**: Electronics sector preferred
**Reports to**: CEO / Board of Directors

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Planning & Analysis**:
Lead the preparation of financial models, business plans, and long-term forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**:
Oversee the annual budgeting process, monitor variances, and ensure proactive corrective actions.
- **Cash Flow & Working Capital Management**:
Ensure robust cash flow planning and optimize working capital to support business operations.
- **Compliance & Audit Management**:
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and handle internal and external audits effectively.
- **Financial Reporting**:
Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and other financial statements.
- **Investor Relations**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
- **Risk Management**:
Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks through effective internal controls and governance practices.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Chartered Accountant (CA) is a must.
- **Experience**: 8-12 years of experience in senior-level finance roles, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing sector.
- Proven expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting, audit, and compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
