Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with large corporate clients under our Supply Chain Finance (SCF) programs. The role involves client relationship management, business development, and close coordination with fintech partners, product, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing large corporates in the portfolio for supplier/vendor/channel finance and factoring programs. 2. Conduct joint client calls with business RMs to identify and pursue new business opportunities. 3. Support the Portfolio Manager in transaction completion and oversee day-to-day operations for existing and new client onboarding. 4. Identify new clients and structure innovative financial products in collaboration with fintech partners. 5. Facilitate SCF sales team in converting leads generated through anchor corporates. 6. Work closely with product, operations, and service teams to resolve client queries and ensure smooth business delivery. 7. Drive client satisfaction through proactive engagement and relationship management. Desired Candidate Profile 1. 3-10 years of experience in client relationship management or corporate business roles within Banking, NBFC, Fintech, Investment Banking, or Rating Agencies. 2. Strong understanding of Supply Chain Finance / Channel Finance / Factoring. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships. 4. A go-getter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 5. Strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, and technology orientation. 6.
