Qualification: Any bachelor&aposs degree

Salary: 3 4.5 LPA + Incentives

Job Description:

Drive student conversions by engaging with leads, understanding their academic goals, and recommending suitable courses. Use consultative selling to guide decision-making and meet monthly conversion targets.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential learners to understand their academic and career goals
- Recommend suitable courses that align with individual learning needs
- Deliver impactful counseling sessions to influence decision-making and drive conversions
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with students and guardians throughout the sales cycle
- Manage and update the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools
- Follow up consistently to move leads through the conversion funnel
- Analyze market trends and learner behavior to refine sales strategy
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly conversion targets through structured communication and follow-ups

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree (Psychology preferred)
- 6+ months experience in counseling or EdTech sales
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual communication platforms
- Who can join immediately
