**Job Summary**:
You will act as a mentor to help students achieve their academic and personal growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students’ academic goals, strengths, and challenges.
- Provide information on educational programs, course offerings, admission processes, and career opportunities.
- Assist students in selecting courses or programs that align with their career aspirations.
- Guide students in preparing for competitive exams, entrance tests, and interviews.
- Stay updated on educational trends, scholarships, and new academic programs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to monitor and support students' progress.
- Conduct workshops or seminars on academic planning, time management, and career exploration.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and follow-up activities.
- Address student concerns and provide emotional support when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Academic Counselor, Career Counselor, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of academic programs, career paths, and education systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Proficiency in using technology for presentations and maintaining records.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in counseling or career guidance is a plus.
- Experience in handling students preparing for competitive exams.
- Multilingual abilities for better communication with diverse groups.
