**Overview**
- The IBDP Psychology Teacher and Behavioral Counselor at OWIS Sarjapur plays a key role in delivering the IBDP Psychology curriculum, while also supporting students' mental health and personal development. **Responsibilities**

**Teaching and Assessing Psychology**: Deliver the IBDP Psychology curriculum, create engaging lesson plans, conduct assessments, and provide individualized support to help students understand psychological concepts and excel in their studies.

**Behavioral and Emotional Support**: Offer counseling services to students, addressing behavioral or emotional challenges, and develop personalized intervention plans to support their well-being and personal development.

**Collaboration and Communication**: Work closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student growth, providing insights and strategies to foster both academic success and emotional health.

**Skills Description**
