**Responsibilities**
**Curriculum Implementation**: Design and deliver engaging, inquiry-based Visual Arts lessons aligned with the MYP and IBDP frameworks.
**Skill Development**: Guide students in exploring various artistic techniques, mediums, and creative processes to enhance their artistic expression.
**Conceptual Understanding**: Encourage students to develop critical thinking, personal voice, and cultural awareness through visual storytelling and artistic interpretation.
**Assessment & Feedback**: Evaluate student work based on IB assessment criteria, provide constructive feedback, and support portfolio development.
