**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide academic guidance and counseling to students to help them achieve their educational goals.

2. Assist students in course selection, career planning, and goal setting.

3. Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address academic, personal, and social issues.

4. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to support student success.

5. Monitor student progress and performance, and intervene when necessary to ensure academic success.

6. Organize workshops, seminars, and other events to enhance students' academic and personal development.

7. Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.

8. Stay updated on educational trends, curriculum changes, and career opportunities to provide relevant information to students.

9. Participate in professional development activities to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in academic counseling or related field.

3. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.

5. Knowledge of academic programs, career options, and educational resources.

6. Empathetic and patient demeanor with a genuine interest in supporting student development.

7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

9. Familiarity with educational software and tools is a plus.

**Salary**: Up to 25,000 INR per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
