Role Summary You will focus on bringing suppliers into our ecosystem. Think of it as building steady working relationships, guiding them through onboarding and standing in for the company during calls and meetings. This role is about clarity, coordination and follow through. No target based salary. The pay is fixed. Key Responsibilities - Identify potential suppliers and reach out to them with clarity and confidence - Handle end to end onboarding and make sure suppliers understand every step - Join meetings, represent the company and communicate our requirements - Maintain regular follow up with supplier leads through calls and emails - Keep records organised so the onboarding pipeline stays smooth - Work closely with internal teams to make sure supplier information is accurate and updated What This Role Needs - Someone comfortable speaking with a range of people and guiding them calmly - Strong communication skills and the patience to explain things clearly - A habit of staying organised and closing loops - Ability to work from office(Hybrid) and handle day to day coordination without hand holding
