About the role: Globeia is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy professional who can manage customer inquiries efficiently across multiple communication channels. Responsibilities - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone - Assist clients with background check, authentication, and document verification services - Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues with accuracy and empathy - Maintain organized and accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM systems - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflow and improve the overall customer experience Requirements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong customer-service mindset with proven problem-solving abilities - Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms, online tools, and Microsoft Office - Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and work independently - Minimum post-secondary education required - Ability to work remotely from a quiet, professional environment - Must be available to work in EU/PST time zones. Preferred Experience - Prior customer service experience (remote, virtual, hybrid, or onsite) - Experience in background checks, document verification, or related service industries is an asset Location: Remote (India-based candidates only)
