Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing the sales process. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and preparing sales reports. The role requires proactive communication with clients, coordination with internal teams, and strategic planning to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Market Research, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Analytical thinking and Strategic Planning abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the furniture / interior industry is a plus
