Business Development Associate 📍 Chennai · Full-time · In-office One MG is a strategic and creative agency that helps brands build meaning, distinctiveness, and love. We work fast, think sharp, and care deeply about how ideas show up in the real world. We’re looking for a Business Development professional to manage inbound leads, build client relationships, and drive growth through sharp pitches and presentations. You’ll be part of the Strategy team, turning conversations into opportunities and opportunities into lasting partnerships. What you’ll do - Manage inbound leads from first contact to conversion, tracking them through the sales pipeline - Conduct client meetings, reviews, and presentations — including travel when required - Strategize and collaborate with creative teams to develop tailored pitch decks and proposals - Own and deliver business pitches that showcase One MG’s strategic and creative capabilities - Maintain lead and opportunity records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups - Support leadership in negotiations and deal closures - Track business development metrics and contribute to internal growth reviews What we’re looking for - 1–3 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales, ideally within a creative, advertising, or digital agency - Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client-facing situations - Ability to understand client needs and translate them into compelling proposals - Detail-driven, deadline-focused, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously - Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to the growth of One MG - Comfortable with frequent travel for client meetings and business discussions If you know how to turn a lead into a relationship and a conversation into business, we’d love to talk.
