We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative with hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach strategies, and database management. The ideal candidate will spearhead end-to-end LinkedIn prospecting efforts, handling targeted outreach via direct messages, and creating a comprehensive database of potential clients. This role involves strategic engagement, personalised messaging, and effectively nurturing leads to generate quality opportunities.

Responsibilities

- End-to-End LinkedIn Sales Navigator Management
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and identify potential leads within the FMCG and CPG sectors.
- Craft personalised messages for potential prospects on LinkedIn.
- Send connection requests, follow-up messages, and manage responses effectively.
- Schedule appointments for the team based on lead interest and qualifications.
- Develop and maintain a structured database of prospects gathered from LinkedIn and other sources.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of interactions and prospects.
- Qualify prospects based on engagement and initial responses.
- Nurture relationships via follow-up messages and tailored outreach efforts.
- Track outreach activities, responses, and lead progression.
- Provide insights and feedback to optimize outreach strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine targeting strategies.
- Stay updated on LinkedIn tool features and industry best practices.

Skills

- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in the B2B SaaS ERP/CRM field is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with online research and lead-generation techniques.
