Location: PUNE Employment Type: Full-timeMBA Freshers Welcome to ApplyJob DescriptionWe are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with an MBA background to join our Founders Office. The ideal candidate will identify and qualify new business opportunities, create a robust pipeline of potential clients, and support our sales team in achieving revenue targets.

ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified leads through outbound prospecting

Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers

Engage prospects through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email, and phone calls

Schedule meetings between prospects and sales executives

Create compelling presentations and sales proposals

Track activities and maintain accurate records in CRMMeet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified opportunities

Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies

Provide market intelligence and competitor insightsRequirementsMBA degree from a recognized institution ( Freshers Welcome )0-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar role

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with LinkedIn and Sales NavigatorExperience creating professional presentations and proposals

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Ability to understand complex products/services and explain them clearly

Data-driven approach to prospecting and lead qualification

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred SkillsExperience in the technology sector

Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, etc.)Understanding of sales methodologies (SPIN etc.)Prior experience working directly with company founders or executives
