Hiring for International Voice Process- Pune Bangalore Hyderabad We are hiring energetic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process team in Pune Bangalore and Hyderabad This role involves handling inbound or outbound calls resolving customer queries and providing excellent service to international clients Ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills and are looking to build a long-term career in the BPO KPO Shared Services industry Y Key Responsibilities Handle inbound outbound calls for international customers US UK Australia etc Resolve customer queries related to products services billing or technical issues Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication Update CRM ticketing systems accurately after every interaction Follow standard operating procedures and call quality guidelines Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams Meet performance metrics like AHT CSAT FCR etc aoe Required Skills Qualifications Freshers or 1-3 years of experience in international voice process Excellent verbal communication skills in English Willingness to work in night shifts rotational shifts weekends Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge MS Office typing CRM tools YOEY Preferred Bonus Prior experience in international BPO call center Knowledge of CRM platforms or ticketing tools Experience in domains like tech support healthcare e-commerce or telecom Y What We Offer Attractive salary with shift allowances and performance incentives Cab facility for night shifts as per company policy On-the-job training and career growth opportunities Supportive and inclusive work culture Exposure to global customers and communication skills development
