Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager (ASM) based in Bangalore, Mumbai, or Pune. The ASM will be responsible for formulating and implementing sales strategies, managing and supporting a team of Relationship Managers, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring targets are met. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and providing training and mentorship to team members. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications - Excellent leadership skills, team management, and the ability to provide training and mentorship to team members. - Proven experience in sales strategy development, revenue generation, and achieving sales targets. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills for client interactions and cross-functional collaborations. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively analyze performance metrics and implement growth strategies. - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms is an added advantage. - Experience in real estate, Proptech, or a related industry is preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
