Territory Sales Officer TSO - FMCG Job Summary We are seeking an ambitious and driven Territory Sales Officer TSO to manage and grow sales within an assigned region for our FMCG products The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets managing distributor relationships and ensuring product availability across the territory This role requires strong market knowledge sales skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers Key Responsibilities Sales Target Achievement Meet or exceed sales targets by driving primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory Distributor Retailer Management Appoint train and manage distributors stockists and retailers to ensure product availability and growth in the market Market Development Identify new business opportunities expand market share and enhance product visibility in the region Promotional Activities Implement and manage promotional activities to boost brand awareness and sales working closely with marketing and management teams Competitor Monitoring Keep track of competitor activities customer preferences and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key accounts ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Reporting Analysis Monitor sales performance generate regular reports and provide feedback to senior management on market dynamics and growth opportunities Key Requirements Education Work Experience Skills Bachelor s degree preferred in Business Marketing or a related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales FMCG or territory management Strong knowledge of territory management distributor network and sales planning Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills Fluency in English Hindi and the local language is preferred Key Competencies Results-driven Ability to consistently achieve sales targets and drive business performance Proactive Self-motivated with a strong drive to grow sales and develop the market Customer-focused Skilled at building strong relationships with distributors retailers and customers Analytical Able to assess market conditions track sales trends and make data-driven decisions Problem-solving Quick to identify issues in the market and take corrective actions to drive success This role offers an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to contribute to the growth of our FMCG brand while managing a dynamic territory If you are a goal-oriented individual with strong sales and market development skills we encourage you to apply Mail us medistoregrp gmail com whatsapp 9933375311 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 32 308 95 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience total work 1 year Required Sales 1 year Required Language English Required Work Location In person
