Job Description Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Project Sales Manager with a strong background in outdoor furniture and a proven track record in project-based sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business from high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects through a consultative and relationship-driven approach. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the luxury outdoor furniture segment - Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, real estate developers, and hotel procurement teams - Handle end-to-end project sales from lead generation, client meetings, proposals, and negotiations to order finalization - Meet sales targets and achieve growth in assigned territory - Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to build the brand and network - Maintain and update project tracking regularly Candidate Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in outdoor or luxury furniture - Strong understanding of the architecture and design community - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Self-driven, target-oriented, and a strong team player - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to travel locally within the assigned region Salary & Benefits: Salary as per industry standards Travel and communication reimbursement Opportunity to grow within a premium luxury brand
