Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers to exceed their individual and collective targets. - Implement regional sales strategies and go-to-market plans.. - Monitor team performance through key metrics. - Work with your team to secure and grow business with large hospital chains, key distributors, and institutional clients. - Provide actionable feedback from the field on market trends, competition, and customer needs. Must-Have Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus. - 3-5 years of total experience. - At least2 years of experience directly managing a sales team(as a second-line manager) in medical equipment industry. - Excellent leadership & communication.
