Role Description We are seeking an Agency Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmednagar. The role involves recruiting, training, and managing agents to achieve business targets and ensure the growth of insurance products. Responsibilities include identifying potential agents, mentoring and motivating the team, monitoring performance, and creating strategies to enhance sales. The position requires regular interaction with clients to provide guidance on insurance products and achieving customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Proven skills in team recruitment, mentoring, and performance management - Experience in sales planning, monitoring achievements, and achieving targets - Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities - Knowledge of the life insurance industry and market trends is advantageous - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and agents - Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making - Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Master's degree or certifications in management or insurance is a plus - Commitment to operational excellence and adherence to ethical business practices
