Job Summary The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for guests at the resort ensuring a warm welcome smooth check-in check-out process and excellent guest service throughout their stay This role requires strong interpersonal skills professionalism and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to deliver a seamless hospitality experience Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests warmly ensuring a positive first impression Manage the check-in check-out process efficiently using the resort s Property Management System PMS Handle reservations room allocations and guest inquiries Coordinate with housekeeping F B and other departments for guest requests Maintain accurate guest records billing and payment processes Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Answer phone calls emails and assist with bookings tours and travel arrangements Ensure the front desk area is well-maintained organized and presentable Promote resort facilities amenities and special offers to enhance guest experience and revenue Prepare daily reports and assist in administrative tasks as required Skills Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and customer service orientation Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS software IDS Opera or similar Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest concerns diplomatically Team player with a positive attitude Qualifications Bachelor s degree diploma in Hotel Management Hospitality or a related field preferred Minimum 1-3 years of experience in front office operations resort hotel experience preferred Fluency in English knowledge of additional languages is an advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
